COVID issues

-Never started on time but always ended on time -New rules for spouse only being able to use twice a year

There was a little confusion on the terms of service for members with the front staff but the company took care of the issue in the end!

The Therapist are very professional and courteous, for me I need certain areas of my back really worked on the knots that are very painful and although some try, it is not helpful to me, I don't believe the have the necessary knowledge. There is one therapist that I encounter that understand the physiology and really knows how to stretch the tight muscles, pressure and massage. The other reason is the wait time, although I usually get there at least 10 minutes prior to my appt., they always take you in at least 5 min. pass your appt. time. By the time you change, 10 of your 50 min. massage have been used up, turns out to be a 40 min. massage. Not worth it to me. The staff is great, friendly and professional.

The last 3 times I went for a massage I have never received a full hour, even though that is what I paid for. This last one on 2/1/20 only massaged for 40 minutes. And they said my massage therapist was running behind and because of that I did not receive my full hour.

When I was checked out, it was done under the wrong person. Another receptionist became very flustered because of this and I thought it was inappropriate how she handled it. It was an easy fix.
