I have tried booking online multiple times and the website never works. When I try to complete the appointment, I get a pop up message telling me the therapist is no longer available at that time, but when I call, they are able to schedule the same appointment.

Everything was great, the esthetician was highly knowledge of what she was doing and loved her hand techniques. I got the triple upgrade which I was satisfied however she added the eye and lip treatment w/out advising that it would be an additional cost. I had asked about the price for the triple upgrade and was unsure if I wanted to spend that much so when I found out that I had to pay extra for the eye and lip treatment if was disappointing. I didn't want to ruin my experience and dispute the additional cost. I liked her very much but I will be extra diligent about the cost of all the upgrades or any recommendation for that matter. :-/

Zero professionalism at the front desk- they were chatting and joking amongst them selves, rude and rushed. 7 year member, Bebe felt this bad, not a smile, I was an annoyance to them

I felt like I was pushed to spend the extra $40 for additional treatment. I felt like I couldn’t say no. My appointment also didn’t last the full hour.

The music was a bit stressful for me. It was piano music but sounded like the same song over and over again. To listen to that for an hour was making me crazy. Mix it up or play more “spa” music. Like nature sounds and such. Just loose the elevator music because that is enough for me not to return.

The girl sounded very nervous during the treatment she might be new and nervous about the process. I felt that for the basic 60 facial you don't get much i had to add the 90 dollar hydro-facial. I will continue to get my massages there, but don't think I will return for the facial. Thank you for asking.

I think that with the increase in the price of the membership, the new machine I tested the dermal fusion was really so expensive for no results on me... the equivalent to 3 services meaning 60x3 dollars 180 ! For just 45 minutes, same as usual. And really this treatment is nothing relaxing and I saw no results at all. It is becoming too expensive. I am questioning if I will pursue the membership or not.

I also got a facial and was hoping that it would be more targeted for my specific skin. However, to have a targeted facial, it would have been $80 more.
