The massage therapist was timely and focused on the areas that i stressed i would like to relieve some stress.

I was satisfied with the service. However your tip chart is off. If I pay 69.99 a month 20% is about 14.00 not the 20 I gave that was suggested. I won’t be making that mistake again.

Welcome was not very inviting. Felt I got a new treatment that was not practiced enough and was misled on the cost.

We arrived ten minutes early for a couple's massage from 2:00-3:00. We were not called back until 2:10 and our massages began at 2:15 and ended at 2:50. We felt shortchanged. When I called to complain, the manager graciously offered us an extended massage next time we come in. We were very happy with the therapists and felt they did a very nice job...we just wanted our massages to last the amount of time they were supposed to.

It was good, but I don't like the fact if I was gifted a massage why I need to pay $10, what kind of gift is that? Here's a gift, but we're going to make you pay $10. It's pretty cheesy whatever excuse you're going to give me.

Came back after a yearlong of closing my membership, so I was very critical. But was very nicely surprised of the knowledge and skill of the lady who did my facial .

Great experience If massage is supposed to be an hour, it was not .. more around 40 minutes. Oil used was ok just wish it had some fragrance.

My experience was wonderful. I usually reserve outstanding comments for very high end luxury spas

The receptionist was nice but didn’t ask if I wanted to add any additional services or offer me a drink or tea.

I feel the therapist was less than qualified as compared to other therapists I’ve had at this location.
