Started late but ended on time. Receptionist didn’t know price of add ons, maybe she was new?

I am most often highly satisfied with my massages. I am always greeted kindly, offered a beverage, and enjoy my massage!

Because I prefer a 100 min massage and I don’t have enough choices 50 min a full body it’s a little short time (60 min minimum)

I appreciate that every masseur is different. There are true artists and some mechanics. Several Hand and Stone masseurs thru Florida have been wonderful, some just regular. I dont want to disparage anyone at the S Miami site but since you asked.... The massuer came in thru the lobby about 5 min after my appt time. The table was not heated, he never asked if temp of table, music, etc was good for me He was polite but seemed rushed. Did not maintain contact as he moved around my body which felt somewhat jarring. Arrived on time and had to wait 10 minutes while the person was not busy

It was a technical glitch. When I was checking out, I was told I do not have any services available when I actually had accrued 14. After further searching, they were able to locate the missing services. Also, my therapist was great, but the massaging was too firm to the point certain areas were tense rather than relaxed.

Upsold me after already started ...

The South Beach Hand & Stone location that I visited was so warm, professional and welcoming. The staff accommodated my changes in schedule and greeted me openly. My masseuse, Lester, was great. I wish I had more time b/c if I did I would have kept the extra 30 minutes. He was great, professional, had a great technique and next time I will definitely choose him again.

I was taken in to my appointment 15 minutes late and was supposed to get a 1 hour facial. Facial ended after 45 minutes not accounting for the 15 minutes that were late

The level of service was not quite what I was accustomed to. I typically went to the Fort Lauderdale location, which is better. The massage therapist did not even offer me a moist warm towel to wipe off excess oil afterwards.
