Although I did enjoy my massage, I was a bit let down by the fact that I had to listen to other people's conversations during the first half of the appointment. It would be really helpful if both guests and staff could be a little more considerate and keep their voices down so that everyone can fully relax and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere of the facility.
