The staff is courteous and professional. The location is excellent. I travel extensively for work so it is difficult to book my appointments. In the past I have been able to call in and I have been able to schedule an appointment very easily. I had only had problem this last time when I called I reached the voicemail and I didn’t receive a call back 24 hours after. Otherwise, I have always receive excellent service at this location.

I would like to find the right fit in my therapist. I have tried a few but have not found one that hits the mark.

My experience here was quite nice. I wish the waiting area were a bit more peaceful / tranquil not just out in the open but it was nice, the receptionist were very sweet & as was my therapist- I just wish she would have worked my neck & shoulders a bit more but being I signed up for the membership I am going to try with a different therapist until I find the perfect one!

Good therapist, good skills and very friendly. The extra service of Himalayan Salts was a waste. Unnecessary and costly.

I like that they contact me and remind me to make an appointment! This is great customer service ;-)

My masseuse David was excellent during the first 30 minutes. I'm thankful for his professionalism and attention. Upon asking me to flip over onto my back, he became extremely chatty. He seems to be suffering from some terrible traumas and disappointments in his life, romantic relationships and family. The remaining time of my massage was spent hearing his heartbreaking life story. I did not mind hearing about his pain, as it something I do in my line of work. However, I think it was an inappropriate setting and time to vent his disappointments and complaints about life. I tipped him $15 for the first 30 minutes. He seems like a great person but I would not book his service again.

Everything is fine. The ambiance hasn't changed since I started going there. I am, however, very satisfied with the massage therapist who sees me. I am very satisfied.

I am highly disappointed with the turnover at your location. Once I get use to a therapist, she leaves your location. I wish manage to the good therapist.

I felt like the receptions was work for the therapist which I didn’t really mind. But it was when I was checking out that the receptionist asked me if I want to leave a tip, he quickly assumed I was leaving a 20% tip instead of waiting for me for me to decided I felt put on the spot, left questioning if I wanted to continue my membership there because of that.

Receptionist told me I was checked in, but therapist did not know I was there. As a consequence, I waited in the lobby for a while. It all worked out though. I was happy with my services and the therapist was good.
