I thoroughly enjoyed the facial that I received from Delia. She was extremely knowledgeable about skin care and took her time to explain what problems she saw with my skin a recommended products that I could use to address those problems. The icing on the cake was the amazing shoulder massage she gave me. It felt like heaven. I will definitely make an appointment with her again.

I believe I was supposed to have Jane as the therapist and someone else was substituted without explanation. All the rooms were in use so me and my wife needed to share a room.... not a problem but not what we planned. Good value for the money.

The price of the facial was high, when the additional service was added. I am not sure what the servís was without it.

I mean...I mention it every visit. I’d love if the music wasn’t synced across rooms, both volume and music choice.

I didn't think the massage was anything special. It wasn't as relaxing as I thought it would be.

Everything was fine in the beginning. The computers were down, therefore I need to call back and ask when my therapist is working. Other than that it was a great experience and the massage was great!

The pressure of the massage was to intense. I asked for medium pressure and then asked twice for the pressure to be lessened but nothing changed. I had light bruises on the back of my neck and arms. I couldn't imagine what firm pressure would be like!

Rafael was great, we were rushed as his prior guest was still being taken care of. I went in 15 minutes late, he was very knowledgeable and great therapist, but when you start late, you finish let and then you are feel rushed getting out of the way...

Due to area festival made parking very difficult. Arrived 10 minutes late and didn’t start massage until 25 min into appt hour. Seemed that all was backed up due to this. Therapist gave me 30 min massage when booked for 50min and didn’t discuss change with me. He didn’t come get me until 15min after my appt was to start so why was my massage cut short? The services was good and the therapist work with professionalisms at all time. I think is just the way that I am.
