I am satisfied with the overall experience, just not with the particular therapist I had. I called last minute and he was available. He was just not as good as the other ones I have experienced there.

Always have to call for my service, and Reno fees

A little more feedback about issues found during the massage would have been nice. The massage was only 50 minutes not an hour as competitors do. The recommended tip notice is based on walk in clients, not regular subscription clients.

I could hear noise from the lobby during my massage which was very distracting. I have been in other rooms where this was not a problem.

I had an excellent experience at Hand And Stone in South Miami. My massage therapist was excellent and applied the exact pressure that I asked for. I booked my appointment the same day, and the receptionist was lovely. I will be returning soon.

I wanted a good back massage and explained my back pains. Instead the majority of the time was spent on my arms and legs. Good but not what I wanted.

I felt that my massage was rushed. The therapist was very good but I felt that she was rushing at times therefore I was not able to relax as much as I would have wanted.

I don't have very specific reasons. I do feel the reception area is a little sterile and my therapist did not really say much which is okay but a little lacking

Spoke too much with the therapist. Did not relax enough. Wanted a deeper massage.
