I had to wait 10 minutes in the reception area for my appointment to begin and then I kindof felt rushed. My appointment was at 4, I didn't get in the room until 4:10 and my massage ended at 5. I arrived early to avoid feeling rushed but still felt rushed.

My massage therapist was coughing a lot. When the session was finished I had to wait a while to pay as the receptionists were missing for 3-5 minutes.

The massage therapist was educated but was unable to provide deep tissue massage therapy. The therapist needed hot stones to reach the deep tissue as she claimed. The therapist used hot stones without my permission and then charged me $20 for them. I informed the front desk and explained that I did not mind paying the $20 but I found it to be unfair to be charged when it was not my decision to use the hot stones. The front desk Aida was extremely supportive and assisted me in paying $10 instead of the $20. I was very thankful and as a second time customer at this location, I know Aida takes pride in her work.

Not a huge deal, just thought all services were supposed to be around 50 minutes and mine fell significantly short of that. My mothers a member but we usually get massages & have never had a problem with that so definitely will be back for a massage, not sure about a facial however.

I was satisfied. My visit happened fast. While it was friendly, it seemed a little rushed. I would have rather sat in a waiting area to discuss membership rather than standing at the reception desk. Plus the A/C was blowing directly in front of the receptionist and after having hotstone massage and feeling warm cold air was uncomfortable. I mentioned it to the girls and they said yeah that's where it blows. That needs to be fixed. I know people are pressed for time but when considering membership or learning about a new venue/experience time needs to be taken to insure comfort and security. The staff was friendly and joined for the services. Satisfied is not bad.

Experience was ok and as expected. The therapist was but did feel pressure was a little too intense even after I asked to lessen so I wasn't as relaxed as I wanted to be by end of session.

When I called to make the appointment I was speaking English. The person I was given, although very sweet and a great massage therapist, did not speak English. As a pregnant woman receiving a prenatal massage in which clear communication is 100% necessary for both safety and enjoyment, I was deprived of that completely. It made an experience intended to be relaxing, into something that caused me a lot of stress and aggravation. I left annoyed instead of relaxed, and I don't blame the massage therapist at all. She had no idea I was English speaking only, and it's the receptionist who made my appointments job to not assume that. We are in Miami, however, I called speaking only in English. I feel as though I was robbed of a relaxing experience, and if it didn't directly affect the massage therapist's pay, I would have disputed the cost of my massage and asked to not pay. Hopefully in the future this type of thing can be considered before assuming.

The therapist was nice but a bit too talkative

After asking the receptionist that my massage therapist was not in the pre booking website she stated that it should be there, but did not bother to investigate why Milagros is not in the system. This was the second time that I have brought this is the staffs attention. Milagros is a fantastic therapist and I will continue hand and stone massage because of her expertise.
