Thais was my therapist. She was extremely knowledgeable and attacked my issues beautiful. i booked with her already for this week.

Lourdes was friendly and attentive. I left feeling renewed. Looking forward to coming back.

Armando, my massage therapist, was superb. He was knowledgeable, listened closely to my needs, and even suggested some exercises for me to try to relieve pain in a problem area. He was creative in his work as well, incorporating stretching and movement into the massage.

The front desk staff are my favorite! They are always so nice when speaking with them. At first I found it annoying that I couldn't just book online but I have grown to love the interaction with them - they are a big part of why I continue to book with this location. I have found a good routine when coming for appointments which helps with the relaxation process. The massage is great and as I continue to go the therapist has grown into their position as well which has been nice.

I’ve been very busy and stressed with work. Was finally able to prioritize myself and to schedule an appointment. Requested Lourdes and thankfully she was available. Had a great hot stone massage.

I have a membership because I was highly satisfied with my first massage with Narus. She is the only reason I get massages at H & S. The people at the reception are wonderful and upbeat.

My therapist (Neris) is an excellent professional who knows what she’s doing. She knows the human anatomy and works with client to achieve great results. She’s the best!… I can’t wait to my next appointment.
