Friendly staff make every visit great. I really like the therapists. They really listen to my needs. I always leave feeling relaxed.

Service very good but I started out when it opened at $50 a month. It is now $80 or more plus tip and I cannot afford it

Camila my therapist was excellent. I walked out of there feeling amazing. My only complaint was that I requested a lymphatic massage when I phoned to reschedule my appointment & upon arrival Camila informed me that Hand & Stone doesn't offer lymphatic massages.

Friendly employees!!! Professionals,! The only thing I do not enjoy is the music, a bit to loud for my taste, and not relaxing.

I like the relaxing feeling you get when you walk in. The massage rooms are clean and cozy. I like being able to have the same massage therapist.

Neris is a Great Therapist, who I have worekd with for years now. South Miami is a Clean Fascility Long Term customer who knows what to ask for and what to expect.

My therapist is very knowledgeable and takes the time to treat my problem areas. She also explains different things I can do to reduce tight muscles.

Everything about it I like.. clean on. Time and excellent massage
