I have always enjoyed my experiences at Hand and Stone. More recently, I have been somewhat disappointed in the lack of appointments available at the times I am able to come in. That being said, I did have a new therapist on my recent appointment with whom I was very satisfied, although she was not able to communicate in English very well. I was sorry to learn that there is going to be another price increase in the membership billing next month, but I will most likely continue my membership. There have been some problems throughout this year with the billing to my account. On my last visit, the receptionist could not find that I had been charged on 7/19 and had a treatment available. This has happened on more than one occasion and is rather time-consuming and disturbing.

It was my first facial with Alex, and I was very impressed with her knowledge and expertise. I appreciate the extra time she took to get familiar with my skin. My skin looks very clean, but she said it would take up to 3 days to see the results of my hydro infusion, which is why I only gave a “satisfied” rating. Looking forward to seeing more results soon!

I’ve been going to Hand and Stone for almost 2 years. Nelly is amazing. She is the only esthetician I will go to. My skin has improved and I am extremely happy with my results.

Lourdemy is a wonderful therapist and always helps me feel better with aches and pains. The location is convenient and well run.

The facility is clean and aesthetically pleasing. The receptionists are professional and amicable. The massage therapist was knowledgeable and competent.

I had not had a massage in many years. I was very tense, stressed, and needing some human contact because of our lives right now. My masseuse was excellent.We talked and she targeted the areas that I’ve felt needed to be addressed and she found areas that I didn’t really realize needed to be addressed. She was very helpful with information about how to maintain my level of stress and to work out issues that have been accumulating over the years. I was so grateful for her expertise and for her compassion. This is certainly an experience I want to re-create again and again.

The massage therapist helped to address my needs and I felt better after leaving. The check-in and check-out process was very easy.
