Nelly is an expert in her field I can tell. The staff was friendly. The experience was relaxing and my skin felt amazing after. Plus, I was happy I wasn’t asked 1000 questions regarding covid and or my vaccine status. When an experience at a business has so much covid talk prior it’s not relaxing and more importantly as far as the vaccine- private! Everything felt great minus the plexiglass at the reception, I really think it’s dirty looking, and not inviting. Other then that, it was fabulous. Be back tomm!

Lourdemis was AMAZING. She is the reason I signed up. Hands down, the best massage I’ve ever had. The girls at the front desk were very helpful and professional. Way better than massage envy! Excited to be a member!

Everything from booking to the arrival to the massage to even paying was easy, quick, seamless, efficient. I signed up for the membership instantly. The staff is so great in south Miami!

Hand and Stone is great, love the service and staff are always friendly. However, I really do not have time to go as frequently as I want. I paying for a service I end up using maybe 3 times a year.

Always a pleasure to receive massages at the So Miami location. David is awesome. His concern for my needs is always a priority, always checking to assure I’m satisfied. The receptionists are welcoming and attentive at checkout. My only concern is not with the location, it is with your online system. When I signed up it was user friendly and easy to navigate and understand the changes made a bit mire than a year ago have left me in doubt on how I receive points/ rewards, the monthly service credit count/accumulation/usage. Lastly, I am unable to book my appointments online. It seems the SoMiami location is not accesible which forces me to have to call to book and then probably not receiving credit for the booking. Other than this system issue I’m satisfied with my membership.

The massages are always amazing! David is the best. It’s always so clean and welcoming. Front desk people are amazing.
