Positive experience from beginning to end.

Was greeted with a smile. The reception area was clean and everyone was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the massage therapist and staff followed Covid guidelines the whole time.

The therapist was very kind and professional. She targeted my pain area in my back and helped me relax.

The front desk receptionist was wonderful in helping me upgrade my massage to my needs. My therapist Maria was excellent.

Friendly staff and booking was fast and easy. Also the cost of the service was reasonable.

My massage was excellent. That hasn't always been the case at previous visits. I felt safe and relaxed. Can't wait to go again.

Sharonda was polite and professional as always. We did start a ittle late but she didn't short change me as we fnished late too. Sharonda is always freindly and attentive as are the receptionists who take the time to make customers feel welcome. Well done South Miami!

It had been over a year since my last appointment due to Covid. This appointment made me feel comfortable and safe. Victoria is the best and she is what I missed most during this pandemic!
