Best staff team ! Always very welcoming super friendly and caring. I have visited multiple locations but this one just feels like home.

When calling to make the appointment, there was several minutes of "marketing" about what Hand and Stone offers and what they are about. This was frusterating as I was already calling because I chose Hand and Stone. It took far longer than expected to reach a receptionist to make an appointment. Solely for that purpose, I will not be calling in the future to make the appointment. I will use other avenues.

My therapist is very knowledgeable. She applies the right amount of pressure. She’ll always ask me before she begins if there’s any specific area that’s bothering me or if I have any injuries.
