Very relaxing. I really want to escape when I get a massage. Other than the noise in the hallway, I am able to do that.

I love the special attention I receive everytime. I specifically love the way that therapist Victoria asks if I have any special needs and focuses on them. Both Victoria and the receptionists are very knowledgeable on products and services offered and how I can use my membership in different situations.

This was my first and only message at the tender age of 72 and I loved it. Anythony, my massage therapist, was the best. He explained what he was doing and why. I was so relaxed aftrwards I felt like a rag doll. Needless to say, I shall return.

I have been going to hand and stone every month for a year and a half. My esthetician, Nelly, is amazing. When I first started going to her, my skin was dull and dry. I have seen an incredible improvement. Nelly is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and does an amazing job.

Every time I go to Hand & Stone the staff is super friendly and polite, they make you feel welcome at all times. Staff always makes sure the customers are comfortable and meet their needs. Keep up the great work.

The therapist addressed my area of concern. She went back to massage my back as requested. She kept track of how I was feeling throughout the massage.

My therapist has taken the time to get to know me and what I need. She is very thorough and attentive. The room and staff are very clean and cautious.
