Every experience is a pleasant one! The staff members are friendly, the spa is clean and I've never had an issue.

The membership is one of the best things I do for myself. It obligates me to take care of myself. Every therapist provides good quality service. Of course some are exceptional. My only comment is to please stress that they give the client their full time. I watch the clock in the room and some cut a few minutes short sometimes. That was NOT the case this particular visit, but it happens sometimes.

I love the services Hand and Stone offers - and for a great price too! Also, my therapist Maria is wonderful!

My therapist David was AMAZING!! He helped me relax and worked on my knots ! The blonde girl in the front who checked me in her name was Bianca from what i recall, made me feel very welcomed. The whole spa was clean and smelled amazing, i will definitely be returning !

I decided to renew my membership because the woman at the front desk went above and beyond for me and my friend, (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name but she booked my appt, followed up with a call and renewed my membership) whom I brought to try out your services.
