Hand and Stone

My first experience at Hand and Stone was lovely. Getting a facial was a last minute decision and the receptionist (Carlye) was able to accommodate myself and my friend.

As usual, therapist and support staff are friendly and professional. Audrey, was amazing an excellent therapist that she takes her time and is very professional. Unfortunately fine will be leaving, moving on to bigger and better opportunity. In my opinion, Hand and Stone should consider better job opportunities ie., benefits, 401 K to their employees if they wish to retain the good ones. Every therapist I’ve enjoyed is gone.

The friendliness of the manager and my masseuse helped work out my soreness and knew what he was doing. This hand & stone in the past I wasn't really fond of some the masseuses but I finally found one that I like.

Everything was terrific - except for the worn cheesy blankets on the table. Reception,therapist all good and helpful but it’s time to replace those linens

I called on short notice but the availability for to accommodate my made was made beyond easy. The price for the membership convinced me to remain loyal for a while longer and continue my treatment.
