Hand and Stone

Massage rooms are relaxing clean and comfortable. Therapists are good. Some are better than others though. I would like more consistency in the quality of the therapists. The value is amazing.

The staff is very warm, welcoming and professional. Personally, I have a great relationship with Delia and have been seeing her exclusively since my first facial there.

Always on time, friendly and knowledgeable and extremely relaxing massage. Love the fact that Maria remembers me and my special issues. Look forward to my next appointment.

I absolutely love Lourdemie. I have tried numerous massage therapists throughout my life and she is the only one I came back to. I recommend her service to all of my friends. She has a true gift, the himalayan salt massage from her is the best one I have ever recieved.

I am always happy with the professionalism and skill of the therapists. The ambiance of the South Miami Hand and Stone is relaxing, and the staff is always amicable. I think there is great value in the price point of the massage in terms of the quality as well. I fully intend to sustain my membership.

Thomas is an excellent massage therapist. He listens to your needs and the pressure you want/need the massage. I entered my massage very sore and in a lot of pain and I actually felt relief after my massage.

If only all Hand and Stone locations were as great as the South Miami location. And if only all massage therapists were as marvelous as Hyacinth. There is a Boca Raton location near my residence where it is impossible to have even a mediocre experience involving a massage or facial. But the South Miami location and Hyacinth do everything right.

The therapist listened to my concerns and was able to relieve some of my symptoms. I plan to go back this week for another session.

I love coming to this Hand And Stone because the receptionist is so knowledgeable about the skills of the massage therapists, and each one has their strengths. The receptionists listen to what I am looking for and my massage, and suggest Therapists based on my needs. All in all a great place.
