Karla listens to my descriptions of aches and pains before we begin and then tailors the treatment to address them. She also finds other problems areas during treatment and focuses on them as well. She is friendly and professional.

The massage therapist is very professional. He also applies the right amount of pressure without the massage being painful. The spa is easily accessible.
