Had a great massage

The staff and the ambiance are great. I don’t like a recent policy change, but I understand it. The massage was great, but I should’ve have asked for more pressure.

Therapist asked questions about my target areas. Therapist asked along the way if I was satisfied with pressure or desired adjustments to pressure. Therapist was friendly, not overly talkative, successfully relieved my pain in targeted area and relaxed the rest of my body too!

The friendliness of staff and esthetician. The time spent with esthetician for facial. The knowledge of products and tips from esthetician.

Ashley does an amazing job and show much respect and kindness. I appreciate all she does and always asks my opinion or listens to what u need.

The reception area was peaceful. The massage therapist had a quiet voice and helped me relax.

I was experiencing neck pain and headaches due to overuse of my computer. pressure was excellent, I feel like she really listened to me and I also told her of some ticklish spots and sensitive areas of my feet. Massage was wonderful.

Tessa always does a wonderful job with my facial. She provides treatment for the entire time, she does not make me feel uncomfortable regarding tipping, and she massages my neck and shoulders while waiting on a mask instead of sitting there and doing nothing.

I felt very cared for while there by all of the staff. My massage was very relaxing and enjoyable. My body felt great afterwards as well.
