Hand and Stone

It was my first time at a Hand and Stone. It was a wonderful space. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

My massage therapist, Thomas is fantastic, knowledgeable and is able to help me really relax. He always asks for specific problem areas and checks in to make sure the pressure is comfortable. He provides a great service.

My massage therapist was extremely friendly and did a great job using the perfect amount of pressure. He also used different techniques to stretch out my body that helped me feel great after. So, it was relaxing and beneficial!

The knowledge that was conveyed during out consultation convinced my husband and I that we should try the Cryo products. The person who administered the treatment listened to what I wanted as results and we formulated a plan. The actions were well documented so that I could move between 2 providers to fit my schedule.

Great customer service

Jayne is wonderful. I travel to see her from Virginia since I moved over the winter. I just have not used points, so I am neither satisfied nor dissatisfied. I am not as likely to recommend the location because I live far away.

I found an old gift card and I was thrilled to finally get a massage. April was very nice with strong hands. I told her that I wanted to chill and not talk, and she let me relax and enjoy the moment. Not all massage therapists do that.

I enjoyed the massage and facial, I felt very welcome the receptonist offer me and my daughter pillow warmer for the neck while we waited to be called in for our service. Really Awesome ! Thank you!
