I am very satisfied with the customer service , more importantly with my esthetician! She was wonder full made me feel at ease and welcome. I will come back next month with Stacie, and will highly recommend to my friends and family!!

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. It is a very smooth operation from the time you walk in to the time you leave. The service is relaxing and thorough and completed in a soothing atmosphere.

The visit was more then expected. Therapist was attentive to all aspects if my concerns and adjusted the session accordingly. I left much less stressed and in pain then I arrived.

The price increase. The extras are not additional time. My aesthetician is limited with appointments shes that good I guess

Clean environment. Very comfortable room for facial with warm linens! Nice background soothing music.

Service was right on time. She took time to explain what I could do to eliminate acne and she took her time doing the facial. She also explained in detail the best products to use to help my skin.

I had actually cancelled my membership in April because of the terrible service at the hand and stone in hainesport. I came to this Hand and Stone and the service was suburb. I ended up renewing my membership. You really need to look at the one in hainesport, NJ. Was member for several years. Then it began to slide downhill. Tried to book appointments and was constantly told the therapist had not given them their schedule yet and they would call me, they never did. This happened at least 6 times. I cancelled my membership and attempted to use my packages. Scheduled an appointment and they cancelled it the day of. They gave me no other options.
