Ease of fitting me in the same day that i was in the spa. Also, the exceptional service Angela Z gave me.

My experience at Hand and Stone was exceptional. The 50-minute massage was exactly what I needed to relax. April was awesome and used a great balance of deep pressure and soothing relaxation.

I went for a couple massage and the 2 women were awesome, Amazing, remarkable

My usual therapist was unavailable, but I was able to reschedule with Taylor, who was wonderful. She listened to me and used just the right pressure. She is highly skilled and eased my tension and muscle aches. Highly recommend, thank you!

I love my esthetician- the massages are a good value . I’ve been a member for years, but recently have noticed a lot of noise while I’m having services. It appears to be people talking either in the inner portion of the spa or the reception area- I’m talking about loud, exclamatory conversations that are not considerate in a spa environment - there is no thought given to other clients who are de-stressing there - I find it unprofessional and impolite- this is a recent development at the spa. It needs to stop, in my opinion.

Krista is a wonderful masseuse. I feel great and really enjoyed the experience. She worked out my knots and I feel much more limber after the massage.

Caroline the best masseuse they have. She always spots my problem areas and relieves the tensions

The receptionist was so upbeat and pleasant and made a point of remembering mt name. Massage therapist is always very friendly.
