I like how easy it is to book an appointment and I've been satisfied with every therapist I've seen. It is always clean and employees are very professional.

Nicole was able to pinpoint exactly where my problems areas are & did a great job loosening the knots. It was painful, but effective. I feel much better. There's still work to do to relieving all the knots and pressure points; so, I scheduled another massage with Nicole. She really cares and knows what she is doing. Very rarely do I come across a massage therapist who is really good at what they do. Many times I've received very disappointing massages, yes, even at Hand & Stone! One time, I had a masseur at H&S in Lumberton fall asleep while massaging me!!! I canceled my membership. My mom treated me to this massage and I was very blessed to have Nicole work on me.

Caroline is the best massage therapist I have ever been treated by. She is very consistent with care provided and is very knowledgeable about the physiology of the body. Her massages always leave me feeling better

I always have a great experience. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is very relaxing.

Only problem I had, was that my gift card was not applied to my total amount. After I got home, I noticed the problem and called. It was taken care of immediately. When I was paying, I was told that receipts could not be given at time of payment. I would have noticed this problem before I left the store if I was given a receipt. I recommend that receipts be given:). They handled my problem quickly!

When I entered the premises, the ambiance was inviting. The staff at the reception area were very pleasant and personable, and the massage therapist was excellent! She was able to focus on the areas that I explained I had issues with and whenb I left, I felt great.

Carolinne is the BEST!!! I really do miss Liz, but Carolinne is very warm, kind and strong. She is very knowledgeable and I always sleep like I've been knocked out after my massage with her. The receiptionists, Andrea and Nia, were very helpful on my arrival and also to book my next appointment.

She was welcoming, very friendly and just great. I will definitely use her the next time.
