I had spoken to the receptionist twice on the phone prior to my appointment due to a scheduling conflict. She was more than accommodating! My esthetician Emily was highly knowledgeable, taught me a few new tricks for my skin, and did an amazing job. I will be signing up for a membership just so I can continue seeing her for my skin care needs!
