Hand and Stone

The reception staff is always very friendly upon arrival. My massage therapist, Thomas, does an amazing job each visit, which is why I've returned to him now half a dozen times in a row. My only gripe with H&S services is the 50-minute massage rather than a 60-minute massage you would get anywhere else. This has been my biggest pet peeve with H&S, considering they call it a "1 hour" massage, which it absolutely is not. Your company should either offer a full 60-minutes OR change your verbiage.

The Cherry Hill Store is like another world with satisfaction and friendliness. It is because of their service that I still go to Hand and Stone. Kudos!
