The staff, as well as the facility was very welcoming. It was a very easy process from check-in to the massage room. The diversity of the staff was also impressive.My therapist was engaging and effective. She (Angeiiqua) checked to make sure I was comfortable at all times.

Joelle made me feel very comfortable, she was knowledgeable and friendly. The experience was relaxing and my skin felt smooth and healthy afterwards. She explained everything she was doing as she did it.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. My therapist was ready for me when I arrived. My therapist remembered and asked about my pressure preferences and was excellent.

The overall experience, and especially my therapist Angela, were wonderful. I scheduled over the phone and was not asked what type of massage I wanted nor given a chance to specify before the call ended. When I checked in and mentioned that I wanted the Himalayan salt stone service, I was told my therapist was not trained to provide that. The service I got was fabulous, and I will highly recommend Angela, it just would have been nice to know when scheduling that my options were limited. If I was asked what type of massage I wanted, I could have picked another time of day when I could have gotten exactly the massage I wanted. With such a great variety of services offered, it seems it should be standard for your schedulers to specify when scheduling.

I’ve been visiting this hand and stone facility since June. My massage therapist is very friendly and provides great service. The facility is always clean and the staff very friendly.

The reception staff was friendly & courteous. I only waited a few minutes and was called back for my appointment. My estitician was very gentle, valued my privacy and she was friendly. her hands were like a million little fingers massaging my skin! The room was dark, warm and the bed was clean and warm. Angela explained every step of what she was using and doing. She was excellent.

This particular location always has the best therapists.
