My massage therapist Christine was the best. I told her my problem areas and she concentrated on them. I felt so much better after she finished. And even better today!! I would highly recommend her.

I enjoy H&S because it's affordable, there are a lot of locations, and I like the people who work there. I also like that I can pause my membership without really being penalized. I also love the products that they use, I never break out from them.

The massage experience was great from the moment I booked my appointment. Upon arrival the receptionist greeted me and I waited just a min or 2 for Christine to greet me. She asked me my concerns and what I’d like to focus on. All went well and the massage I recv’d was top notch. Everything about my experience was professional and relaxing.
