The aesthetician was friendly, knowledgeable and was able (via a wonderful facial, neck and shoulder massage) to relax me and truly give me a tranquil experience. Sadly, I am extremely unhappy with your business practices...I had health- related circumstances that prevented me from using my promotional gift card until now. Despite this and Thanksgiving being the expiry date of the gc, I was refused the opportunity to use it today, Friday (one day after the gc expiration date). Due to the inflexibility of your business practices I didn't spend any money in your spa on gift cards this year and will not recommend your spa to any of my friends and family.

This experience was quite peaceful and relaxing. The room lighting and soothing music helped to make a calm experience. Christina seemed to be an experienced esthetician.

John my massage therapiist is highly gualified and is the best. The front people are ver nice and are happy to help you.

The therapist was great and that was a wonderful experience. My biggest complaint is noise. Every time I have a massage I can always hear people talking in the hallway or in the room next to us.
