The staff is lovely. I had tried to book a massage in short notice and was put on a waitlist. I was contacted twice with cancelations, the second one worked out. Appreciated the effort. The massage was with Karolina. She has a unique and direct style and it was one of the best massages I ever had. I noted one problem area and she totally helped with stretching. Karolina was very professional and friendly.
