Commack was great Huntington was awful - they did not have an appointment I made (I made 2 and they only had 1) I did not get the facial bc I was not going to make someone else wait an hour - they never called- didn’t really apologize, etc.

Danielle was thorough and professional. She was very gentle. I was very relaxed and happy with my facial.

For the most part, the Hand and Stone experience is great and I would love to continue with my membership. There have been times I've put my membership on "freeze" because I simply was accruing too many credits and not using them. I find it very annoying that the cancelation process is very difficult.
