Everything from the cleanliness of the reception area and massage room to the quick wait for my appointment was great. Jaret is excellent and I will continue to see him for future massages.

Victoria was awesome, as always! She is very knowledgeable and her recommendations are always great. She really knows what works best for my skin, and I have very sensitive skin. I am always happy with the results after getting a facial from Victoria!

As always, Hand and Stone did not disappoint me with my expectations for a facial and massage. Noreen is an excellent massage therapist and I would highly recommend her for a massage as she asks prior to the treatment if there are any areas of soreness or injury. Noreen has been my massage therapist for years and I will only go to her. Victoria provided a thorough facial and I decided to upgrade to an infusion treatment for my mature skin. The products she recommended were based on my observations and her assessment of the areas I want improvement (such as hydration around my eyes and brightening for dark circles). I left the spa feeling relaxed and refreshed. As a first responder working for over a year since the Pandemic this is my once monthly self-care routine. Thank you.

I became a member of H&S which provides a massage and/or facial monthly. I already receive a medical massage each month therefore I will not require that service. What can I substitute in place of massage in order to stay a member?

I found that the energy and vibe of the place was great. I loved how clean it was and I liked how the rooms were secluded from the lobby. I would have to say it was one of the nicest massage places I have been to.
