For the most part, the Hand and Stone experience is great and I would love to continue with my membership. There have been times I've put my membership on "freeze" because I simply was accruing too many credits and not using them. I find it very annoying that the cancelation process is very difficult.

My esthetician was very friendly and nice. She listened to my needs, and suggested appropriate products for me. I had a free $40 upgrade, and she had good suggestions as to how I could best use the upgrade. Overall, a seasoned esthetician.

The place is is clean and has a nice ambience. Each Massage Therapist used is very good. It’s right next to a trader Joe, which allows me to get myself good things afterwards. Receptionist really knows how to take care of you and explains everything. I do think the cost of the add-ons are a little high to spend each time. The CVD massage however $30 each time is a lot of money.

My massage therapist focused on the areas I asked her too. She used good pressure throughout the massage. She made sure I was comfortable during the massage.

The massage therapist listened to my problem areas and focused on where she believed I needed the most relief. When noting the massage pressure desired, she listened and truly provided me with such relief after.

Ability to mix services, cleanliness and qualified therapists

My therapist was excellent. Definitely took care of my neck problem that I was having. I definitely will make an appointment to see her again.
