Friendly, clean and staff were very friendly. I’ve been going to Hand & Stone for a long time, would not go anyplace else.

Therapist was excellent. Identified “trou spots” and worked on them effectively. I was actually about to terminate my membership a few months ago after a series of below average massages - then I was booked with Ashley on the recommendation of the receptionist - and she is amazing. I will continue to book my appointments with her and continue my monthly membership.

I love Maria she’s great. The only problem I had was that she wasn’t ready for my facial because she had to clean the instruments. She left the room for a good three minutes. She gave me my full time for the facial. This never happened before. Again there is no one I’d rather have than , Maria.

Tina who has been doing my facials for years, recently started working at this location. It is a bit further from my home, but she is extremely, caring, kind and very knowledgeable of her profession. Due to my wonderful experiences with Tina, I rejoined Hand And Stone :) Hand and Stone are very lucky to have Tina in their employment.

I am extremely fond of Nancy - she, more than I, understands my packages/reward points so I put myself in her hands and let her recommend to me what I need; And is always totally on point! She is also wonderful recommending products, which is good for me because I was there in March and got the extra member discount :) I would also like to commend FRONT DESK workers Amanda and Lauren, who had the job of navigating through all my points and packages to give me all the best options using points and rewards!

My therapist, Riley, was exceptional. She spent additional time on my neck as requested.

Nancy was really lovely to talk to and especially knowledgable on skincare during pregnancy. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and was checking in as needed throughout the facial. I’m so excited to go back- my skin is glowing.
