From the minute I walked in the receptionist (Frankie) greeted me and made me feel valued and appreciated. Cathy (my therapist) showed interest in me, and remembers my name and the exact amount of pressure that works best for me with my massage. Every person on your team is a “Home Run!”

My therapist was really good, but I prefer firm pressure which she did not provide. I should have asked for a different therapist.
