front desk and practitioners are wonderful. clean and relaxing environment. I wish it were easier to schedule appointments online. I am aware that I earn more points by booking online but it is too difficult to do so so I always have to end up calling, and I always have to book so far out because of lack of availability.

Sarah is fantastic. She always makes recommendations but doesn't upsell just to move products. She is a knowledgable professional and we always discuss what is best for my skin I do feel that since the ownership/management changed, the prices and 'convenience' fees continue to increase. I know the owners are very successful business people but every time I get one of those emails I feel that I'm being hustled.
