I have been a customer for several years. Not sure how many. I live in NJ but winter in Jupiter Fl., where I use the Jupiter & palm Beach Gardens spas. By far the Spring Lake spa is the best. I only get facials and my facialist is Nancy. She is super! I usually just get the basic facial. Last time I did get a special moisturizing mask that Nancy said I could use points to pay for. I have points & 4 monthly treatment credits that I have not used. When I checked out the recetionist said I could use one treatment which was approx. $70 for a $40 charge. I could not use points. I chose to pay the $40 and not lose the remaining $30. Could I have used points?

Kathy did an amazing job with my massage. Her pressure was “just right” The amount of time she spent on each area was perfect. I have already booked my next 2 massages with her, she is that good!
