My masseuse Cathy was very nice and gave a great massage. She hit all the areas I where I was sore and tight from running in the Spring Lake 5 mile.

The price is a bit high for a massage but my therapist was excellent, Stephen, and would be the reason I return.

the massage therapist was so good with me asking a history of any problems she should be aware of and always checking in with me to make sure the pressure was good and that she was getting the areas i complained about
