I have a lot of upper back tension and it had been 2 years since I had a massage. The massage therapist was extremely communicative and knowledgeable. Afterwards, I have more mobility in my neck than I've had in years.... and my lats are visibly changed. Before, the tendons were pronounced-- the way your muscles look when they're strained. Now they look relaxed-- no visible tendons and they are also lower. I signed up for the membership!
