Jenna is fantastic. It was evident after my massage why she is so hard to get an appointment with. She spent a lot of time on areas that needed extra care.

Avery was fantastic! I am deaf so I used my iPhone to communicate with her and she picked up on it very well and she used her phone to communicate back with me. The place is clean as always and everything was professional and superb! Highly recommend anyone to go to this place!

Everything from the receptionist and Avery the massage therapist was wonderful. I feel completely care for walked out feeling great The massage room was clean, comfortable and relaxing

I no longer have a plan with Hand and Stone for financial reasons. I take advantage of the buy one get one gift cards when they are available. I don’t care for the “sales pitch” when I check out. The staff is rather persistent trying to encourage me to renew my plan.

I love the variety of the enhancements available during my facial.

My appointment was extremely relaxing. My person, Amy was extremely knowledgeable on the products and my skin. It was a relaxing 50 mins. I do feel the price for my upgrade was bit high for the product i was given. but it was a nice result but think it could have been 20 not 30 for the mask. Your products are extremely nice but on the very high price for an middle of the road person to afford the luxury at home. YOu need to try to remember NOT everyone can afford your prices and some are given a gift card to use as a gift.

My therapist was wonderful and helped me greatly with my sinus congestion issues. The eucalyptus did the trick and helped me relax. Also, simple adjustments to the table/head rest improved my anxiety issues with having my face covered. The overall experience was fantastic!

Meredith have the best massage I’ve had to date. She applied the perfect amount of pressure and was very thorough. Fantastic experience.
