Jessica was wonderful. She explained every step of the process of what she would be doing. This made me comfortable and more at ease. Her knowledge of skin care was great and she made me feel welcomed and supported.

My neck pain was resolved, and the therapist worked on my shoulders so that they are now in a normal position. Better than any other deep tissue massage I've gotten at H&S.
