Gianna at reception was excellent in coordinating appointments for me and my family. Our experience was amazing. Dan is a great therapist. He is thoughtful. Attentive. And helpful to make sure my visit is pleasant.

Brittany is so incredible at her job - she takes the time to understand what I’m looking for out of the massage and follows through consistently. I always leave feeling rejuvenated and wishing I had booked a longer session! Going to my monthly massage has become a ritual for me and has greatly impacted my mental health.

I have been massaged by Joy previously. She is one of the best clinicians at this location and is responsive to my needs.

I’ve never had any negative experiences. Throughout the years I’ve been going there, I know who my favorite therapists are but there’s never been a bad therapist either. Everyone’s technique is just a little different. Sometimes, it’s frustrating waiting on appointment availability. Certain therapists are often booked out for weeks. I realize there’s nothing anyone can do about that. I was a little bummed this year, I recall receiving a gift last year around the holidays of product samples but I didn’t get one this year. Overall, I’m a happy client.

Meredith, my massage therapist is the only person I will allow to massage me. I've been going to H&S, with Meridith as my therapist, for years. She is amazing, knowledgeable, professional, friendly and simply the best. I recommend her to everybody I give gift cards too! Give her a raise!
