My appointment had to be rescheduled due to a broken air conditioner. I was able to reschedule promptly, and the treatment was complimentary for my inconvenience. Excellent customer service.

The esthetician is excellent and I always request her for my facials! She is very familiar with my skin now and knows what my concerns are.
