Everyone is very professional and friendly. You feel they are interested in ensuring you will have a good experience at the spa. The heated tables are wonderful. I enjoy the music and ambiance of all the rooms. It's a great place to relax and unwind in the hands of caring and knowledgeable people.

I called the day of the appointment and got scheduled since I was going to be near the location. I had to wait a couple of hours shopping in the area but that was fine. The experience was great from the front desk to the therapist.
