I was highly satisfied. Mary is exceptional.

The receptionist who i made the appointment with could have been friendlier The one when I got there was very amiable The massage therapist was great and I would book him again however, I told him more than twice what two areas I needed to focus on and he only did them at the end. He did them well but again it was towards the very very end of the massage that I needed, my shoulders and neck worked out and I told him that from the beginning, but he didn’t really do the shoulders and neck until the very end. It would’ve been nicer if I felt listen to and he did those first because those were my problem areas.

The room speakers have been broken for months. The little sound machines that are being used in the rooms don’t provide the proper relaxation that in ceiling speakers would provide. Soothing music is very important to me.

This is my second visit. The first was terrific. As mentioned, I was a bit surprised to have begun late, ended on time and then walked out to hear of an additional charge for "deep tissue." I realize schedules can go over time but I was surprised and disappointed.

I now prefer the Tunnel Road location.

You have contacted me too much after my appointment. I have recieved a text message and 4 emails in The first day. I unsubscribed from the emails and the next day I get this survey. Your marketing is too much to the point of being annoying. Please unsubscribe from your email list. It really is too much.

Would have liked to use my first coupon, for the first massage post becoming a member or been informed ahead of time

The best therapist I had left and new ones are not as good as he was. Taylor was amazing. Others have been satisfactory, but he was exceptional.

I’ve tried ma y different massage therapist at Hand and Stone. Laura is the first one that I have been totally pleased with.
