I booked a longer massage to really destress and lossen up before my surgery but she didn't apply much pressure and she talked a lot. But she was so kind and nice I felt bad to say anything but unfortunately it wasn't as relaxing or as beneficial as I had expected.

Massage not a full hour . Massage does not include legs and chest. Head rest uncomfortable.

When suggested to try cupping I didn't realize it was a price increase and was just charged for it after

The price has gone up and if I am going to pay those prices I want to pay them directly to a massage therapist.

The massage was very good. I just felt like it might have been rushed even though I was worked on for about 45 minutes.

The price continues to increase with no added benefit. I am paying $30 extra for deep tissue, before adding a tip. I also tried to freeze my membership and was told I have to call the original location (in another state) where I started the membership to freeze it. However, that original location requires me to PAY for freezing the account. It's silly that the membership doesn't get managed globally and is instead subject to the whims of the franchise owner from the location that it was originally started.

The legs and feet part of my massage did not feel as strong as the rest of my massage. I felt this was a slight weakness in the overall massage. It was toward the end of a very nice, strong back massage (my area of concern) and my arms. Not bad, just not as strong or complete as the rest.

Offered one time waiving of monthly membership fee if I signed up on the spot. Would be better if you gave 30days from first appointment to waive the fee (to allow for time to discuss/decide with other household members).

I am satisfied as HS fills a massage need. The ambiance in the massage rooms could be more relaxing/inviting. Highly satisfied to me is offering a surprise and delight element.

There’s no consistency with your massage therapist. It’s very difficult to get a time. When I lived in Florida, I always had good luck getting an appointment when I needed it. As your prices go up your service doesn’t.
