I enjoyed the scalp massage, however my hair did get pulled during. There could have been a little more pressure on my hands.

Refer to earlier comment about the appointment that was changed without discussion and I had to cancel as I worked at that time. My appointments are always after work and this was rescheduled (without discussion) to during work.

Everything was fine. My only problem is the expense. If a massage was maybe $59/hr I would probably get one every so often. But at $129 it is jut too expensive to make it worth it for me. That's just my opinion. Nothing against the massage therapist or any of the people working there.

My experience at checkout was not pleasant. The receptionist insisted that I owed an additional $80 for the massage when I was supposed to have it completely covered with the gift card. She kept saying that the gift card was only worth $50 and I explained that it was supposed to be for an entire massage. She was not well trained and insisted continuously that I Pay the extra amount. She finally called the manager who explained to her that the card was for a full massage. Someone needs to do a better training for the people out front. Who check you out.

I had a G C for the most expensive facial listed which included gratuity. I was told I would be there 1 hour and 15 minutes. My facial only lasted 45 minutes. I was quoted several different prices that I owed. The most expensive $39 over the G C. I explained my esthetician said I had more than enough to cover my session. In the end they agreed I actually had $10 left over. I asked them to give to my esthetician. She was delightful and was very good. The entire staff was very kind. I just couldn’t come to grips with all the different prices and lack of time spent on my session.

I booked a 1 hour facial & 2 add on treatments- both were 15 minute each. My total appointment was less than an hour (around 55 minutes) & not 90 minutes.

I enjoyed the experience.

Front desk receptionist has made errors in charges on more than one occasion. Phone calls sent to messaging and calls never returned.

The availability for my monthly follow up massage. Took a little longer than normal scheduling next months appointment. Booking with new therapist due to availability.

I was in and out of the building in 45 minutes. I paid for an hour massage. I get they equates to 50 minutes after changing, but I wasn’t even in the room for that amount of time.
