I have had many massages and can tell the difference between experienced therapists. I am satisfied with my service and feel that my therapist did a good job. And with more experience, she can achieve that marker .

I was cold during the entire massage.

I had booked an hour massage plus a 15 minute scalp massage. My total session only lasted 50 minutes. I feel like I was cut short on services. My massage therapist was wonderful though.

The massage therapist that I have usually seen is no longer at this location. The high turnover rate of your therapists and front desk staff does not sit well with me.

My favorite therapists keep leaving! Although I am happy with the one I had, he has a different touch than I am used to. I’m sure I’ll like it more and more.

Great customer service from all employees and service

I have had messages that felt better than this message but the therapist was very nice and very helpful in reducing the soreness in my shoulder area.

My section was taken away without me using them.

My massage therapist hit all the spots that I asked for him to focus on and he listened when I asked for an increase in pressure. The reception area and staff were amazing I felt very comfortable the entire time I was at the Asheville hand and stone

I really wanted to have a specific skin care item addressed but was told by esthetician she could not break my skin. I understand that it is hand & stone policy but now I will most likely find another place for facials.
