As a recent resident to this area, I was very surprised to find that the quality of service at this location is even better than the one in NY. As this was my very first appointment here, I am sure to return soon & I already booked it with the same therapist.

Consistently a exceptional spa and massage experience. I have been a member since your location opened offering a $49.99 massage. Price has now been raised to a point that I reluctantly have to cancel. I am retired and on a fixed income. It is very unfortunate for me that this decision was made without consideration to the longevity of membership.

Amber (receptionist) is extremely friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. She does her job very well. However, the manager isn't as accessible or present when needed quite frequently. I witnessed on several different occasions the manager being asked for over the phone and at the spa, but was not present EACH time.
